Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Yields one serving
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
